Jiujiu understands his wife's unwavering pursuit of women's rights and freedom, as well as her deep love for jewellery. Therefore, they decided to transform this deep love and belief into a unique jewellery art. They shape each piece of jewellery with heart and creativity, infusing not only exquisite craftsmanship and precious stones but also a deep understanding of freedom, love and women's rights.

At Jiujiu & Jewellery, we use S925 sterling silver or 18K gold-plated sterling silver as our main material, and we always strive for the highest quality in our choice of materials and craftsmanship. Whilst we are committed to providing products of exceptional quality, we cannot guarantee that each piece of jewellery will last for a definitive period. Whether or not a piece of jewellery will tarnish depends largely on the care and wearing style of the individual.

In the case of gold-plated jewellery, it is covered with a thin layer of real gold on a base material. Although it is theoretically similar to man-made jewellery, gold-plated jewellery has a much longer lifespan than the man-made jewellery sold in most retail shops. This longevity is affected by a variety of factors, including exposure to hot weather, moisture, and an individual's body chemistry. To prolong the colour retention of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, sweat, and various chemicals, and staying away from humid environments.

Although our company does not have a specific definition of how long a colour will be retained, this is a matter of individual differences and the variability of the environment in which it is worn. If you take care of your jewellery by the relevant care instructions, you will be better able to maintain the vibrancy and brilliance of your colours. Our goal is to provide you with long-lasting, exquisite jewellery that will always retain its unique sparkle when worn.

Shipping Policies

Due to high demand, orders are usually shipped in the order of oldest to newest orders and take approximately 1 to 3 business days to ship. You will receive a shipping notification email when your item is in transit.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please note that we endeavour to provide you with fast and efficient service, but sometimes delays can occur.

If you still receive your item after the estimated delivery date, please be patient and wait a few days and your order will be here before you know it.

It has been a few days since you received your order and this is still the case, so simply follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Check the delivery address for your order.

Step 2: Check that a red card has not been left in your letterbox indicating that they tried to deliver and kept your parcel at the post office. It's a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your home to see if any parcels have been left behind, contact your local post office and keep an eye out for missed courier phone messages.

International buyers, please note that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be caused by customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas, holidays etc).

ABOUT AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Our company produces natural pearl jewellery in different shapes, most of which will have growth lines and jewellery handmade process. Due to the uncertainty of manual labour, there will be slight glue marks and other handmade marks on the connecting parts of the product. This is not correct. This is a product defect and does not belong to product quality problems.

Our products are all taken in kind, please do not steal pictures for commercial use!

REFUND POLICY

We operate a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept returns without prior request.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), bespoke products (e.g. special order or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
